Deposit on Puppy and one Year Breeder Health Guarantee

All purchasers are required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) business days of receipt.

If the puppy, within the first year, is found by a licensed veterinarian, to have a life threatening health issue that cannot be corrected or controlled by medication, a replacement puppy will be given (out of the first available litter of same breed, registration, and value). Written documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided to us within two (3) business days of the diagnosis detailing any and all problems found. This documentation must be returned back to the breeder with the puppy and any registration papers received. Shipping and medical expenses incurred will not be refunded. Shipping charges to and from for a replacement puppy will also be at buyer’s expense.

Should the buyer refuse to return the puppy in question, the breeder will be released from the constraints of the medical claim.

If the examination indicates that, at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for purchase due to illness (eg. Parvo, Distemper, Corona) or disease, a puppy of equivalent value and/or refund must be provided to the purchaser. Shipping charges to and from the breeder will be at buyer’s expense.

If a puppy is determined to be suffering from an active parasitic infection, kennel cough, pneumonia, or other minor health related issue within the first 72 hours, the seller will be required to compensate the purchaser for the medications prescribed by a licensed veterinarian for the treatment of said health issues. Hypoglycemia is a serious health problem but is excluded from this warranty as this is generally caused by too much activity and or too little food and is within your control.

This guarantee is non-transferable. There must be no signs of abuse or neglect. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred or if the male has been studded. No replacement shall be given if breeds that are prone to hip dysphasia are over exercised or overweight. Running with or jumping dogs that are still in their growth period voids all health guarantees.. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses accumulated on returned or replaced puppies.

Mymalteseplz puppies are sold for pets only, I do not promote breeding or showing, it is your responsible if you decide to have your pet do these activities. I will not be responsible for any off spring that may accrue when breeding your pet. It is your job to educate yourself on all breeding problems and solutions. I will be here to help if you have questions.

What will be the weight of my puppy at full growth?

This is a tough question to provide an exact answer! Size and weight are determined by so many factors, some genetic and some environmental. An estimate of a puppy’s full grown size or weight can be made based on the size of the parents, but it would only be an estimate. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee any puppy to be a specific size or weight. You are welcome to come visit the parents and the puppies before buying at any time with a scheduled appointment. I will also send you pictures if you need to see pictures.

The deposit is a promise to buy the puppy, to cover any contract fees, and a means to have your puppy first well puppy check up and shots done before going home.) Deposit will be returned if no puppy is available.
